摘 要:教师专业精神是教师在教育场域内所传递出的对职业一致而平稳的认同感、责任感、奉献意识和积极专业意识的价值追求,是教师对教育行为所秉承的一致、连贯、自觉的行为。教师专业精神可以为教师专业发展提供内驱力,提升教师的职业道德要求,打破教师狭隘的学科边界意识,改变教师执著于教育工具理性的陈规陋习。教师专业精神的培养不仅需要制度政策和环境等外部因素的支持,更是教师自我认识、自主提升和有效内化的过程。其中,职业认同是教师专业精神培养的前提,专业自主是教师专业精神培养的目标,职业乐趣是教师专业精神培养的重点。Teachers' professional spirit is the value pursuit of consistent and stable sense of identity, sense of respon- sibility, sense of dedication and active professional consciousness delivered by teachers in the educational field, and also the consistent, coherent and conscious behavior teachers adhere to in the educational action. Teachers' professional spirit can provide teachers with the drive for their professional development, improve teachers' professional ethics requirements, break teachers' narrow consciousness of subject boundary and change the outdated practices of sticking to the instrumental rationality of education. Cultivation of teachers' professional spirit not only requires the support of external factors like sys- tem policy and environment, but the process of autonomous improvement and effective internalization of teachers' self-identity, among which professional self-identity is the prerequisite of cultivating teachers' professional spirit, professional autonomy is the objective of cultivating teachers' professional spirit and professional interest is the focus of cultivating teachers' professional spirit.
