摘　　要：《赫尔辛基宣言》主张为了医学的目的 ,可以用人体进行药物实验。这种主张的基础便是最大幸福主义。同时 ,为了人类的公正 ,人类也不能忽略人是目的的康德原则。The 《Helsinki Manifesto》 declares that for medical purposes, drug test could be conducted on human beings. This idea is based on the “greatest happiness principle”.Meanwhile, for the sake of the social justice, we human being could not ignore Kant's idea which maintained that human being end.The two principles'basis is the is the respect for human being. [
