高护专业女大学生人格特征测试分析

摘　　要：本研究采用 16PF问卷对山东医科大学高护专业的 145名在校女大学生进行测评 ,通过对不同年级学生的个性特征的统计分析 ,探求该群体心理变化的特点 ,并寻找不同年级间、班干部与非班干部间存在的差异及其原因。结果 :被测群体不同年级间个性特征存在差异 ,总体具有适应性渐强的趋势 :班干部相对具有恃强、兴奋、敢为及外向的个性特征。这为教育工作者有的放矢地进行心理指导 。In this study, the personality features of 146 female undergraduates in the nursing institute of Shandong Medical University were investigated with 16PF questionaire. We tried to find out physiological and variational characteristics by analyzing the personality features of the students in different grade,and what and why the differences are between class-managers and non-class-managers. Results:There is difference in the personality features of the students enrolled in different grade. The trend is that there is a more adaptive character in higher grade in general and class-manager studentds are relatively more bellicose, excited, adventurous, and extroverted. Some theoretial proofs were provided in this study for the teaching staff to give phychological guidance purposely, and train nurses with high qualities. [
