摘  要:目的观察一种强化戊二醛消毒液杀菌效果及其对金属的腐蚀性。方法用载体杀菌试验和理化试验方法,对该戊二醛消毒液进行了实验室和现场模拟试验。结果该强化戊二醛消毒液原液含戊二醛20.9 g/L。以其原液作用5 h,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达到完全杀灭;对污染在模拟试验器械上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达到完全灭菌效果。连续使用14 d的该戊二醛消毒液,浸泡作用5 h,仍然能完全杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢。能量试验显示,对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低合格浓度为600 mg/L。该戊二醛消毒液原液浸泡72 h对不锈钢片、碳钢片、铜片、铝片均基本无腐蚀。结论该强化戊二醛消毒液具有良好的杀菌效果,对金属基本无腐蚀。Objective To observe sterilization and corrosion properties of a potentiated glutaraldehyde disinfectant. Methods Carrier germicidal tests and physicoehemical analysis method were used to observe the effect of glutaraldehyde disinfectant in the laboratory and simulated field . Results The potentiated glutaraldehyde disinfectant contains 20, 9 g/L glutaraldehyde. Spores of Bacillus subtilis vat. niger on carrier were completely killed after exposure for 5 h. Spores of Ba- cillus subtilis polluted on the hemostatic forceps were completely killed after exposure for 5 h. After continuous use for 14 days ,the solution still can completely kill spores of Bacillus subtilis vat. niger exposed for 5 h. In capacity test, the minimal qualified concentration of the glutaraldehyde disinfectant to kill Staphylococcus aureus was 600 mg/L glutaraldehyde. There was no corrosion found on the stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and aluminum after exposure to the solution for 72 h. Condution The glutaraldehyde disinfectant has good sterilization effect and has no corrosive effect on metals.
