摘 要:当前,高师音乐教育中国传统音乐课程的比例过小,课程结构单一,教学资源匮乏,教学方法错位,与中小学音乐教育之间严重脱钩。这些问题的形成有着深层次的主客观原因,即整个20世纪中国传统音乐有着艰难的生存环境,以及艺术招生制度的缺失与人才市场需求结构的单一等。高师院校作为培养中小学师资的摇篮,有责任、有义务改观当前的现实状况。Currently in the music education of higher normal colleges there exist such problems as too small ratio of the setup of Chinese traditional music curriculum, single course structure, lack of teaching resources, teaching- method dislocation, and severe disconnection from music education in primary and middle schools. The deeply subjec- tive and objective reasons result in the problems, namely, throughout the 20th century, the difficult survival environ- ment for Chinese traditional music caused the subjective reasons under cultural psychology, and the lack of enrollment system and single market demand structure for artistic professionals led to the objective reasons under social psychol- ogy. Higher normal colleges as a cradle to train music teacher in primary and middle schools, and have responsibility and obligation to change the reality of the current situation.
