摘　　要：通过总结学生在实训环节中存在的问题,对不同岗位的典型工作任务和岗位能力进行分析,提出基于岗位能力的数据库实训课程改革思想,学生在实训过程中体验不同的工作岗位,完成特定的工作任务,以此提高分析问题和解决问题的能力,进而提高岗位适应力和社会竞争力。Through the summary of existing problems in practice of students,to analyze the typical tasks and job abilities of different positions,and the reform thought of database training course based on post ability was put forward,which is：students experiencing different jobs in the training process,complete a specific task,in order to improve the ability to analyze and solve problems,and then improve post adaptability and social competence.
