摘　　要：大学教学的功能定位受到国家治理模式的制约与影响。在政治威权主义的治理模式下,大学改革演化为对国家配置下办学资源的角逐,导致大学教学功能的不断消解。具体表现为如下三个方面:制度环境中行政权力对学术权力的僭越,大学教师作为教育者和雇佣者的角色冲突,以及大学生社会化进程的畸变。Orientation of teaching function at universities is affected and limited by the national management models. Considering the management models of authoritarianism, university evolutions have changed into scrambles for education resources, which leads to the fading of teaching function and is demonstrated in three ways, administration power over the academic authority, conflicts on the roles of college teachers between educators and employees, and changing abnormally in the socialization process for graduates.
