摘　　要：基于软件行业需求和人才培养质量,本文对软件专业工程教育改革与创新实践进行了研究与探索,其做法和措施对提升软件工程人才培养质量、增强软件人才竞争力具有较强的借鉴作用和指导意义。This paper conducts research and exploration on the education reform and innovative practice of software engineering specialty based on software industry demand and talent cultivation quality. It al-so proposes methods and measures which provide reference and guidance to promote the quality of software engineering talents cultivation and enhance the competitiveness of software talents.
