摘 要:音圈电机快速精确定位时需要考虑柔性模态,采用单独的PD控制时发生控制器溢出,而陷波滤波器可以防止溢出,当考虑柔性模态,输出扰动及传感器噪声时,PD与陷波滤波,超前滞后补偿与陷波滤波均不能同时满足超调小于10%,镇定时间小于0.001秒的性能指标要求,于是采用超前滞后补偿、PD与陷波滤波器的联合控制,仿真证明能够同时满足超调与振定时间的要求。The flexible modes of voice coil motors need to be considered to fast precision positioning, and the PD controller can be spillover, however, the notch filter can avoid the spillover. Considering flexible modes, output disturbance and measurement noise, both PD with notch filter and lead-lag compensator with notch filter can't satisfy the specifications of o- vershoot less than 10% and stabilizing time less than 0. 001s,simuhaneously. In this paper,lead lag compensator,PD incorporated with notch filter were used together. The simulation indicates that the specifications of overshoot and stabilizing time are satisfied simultaneously.
