摘 要:在新医改形势下,完善科主任绩效考核机制,科学有效地考核评价医院临床科主任的工作业绩,是医院完善内部制度,提升医院管理水平,发挥科主任积极性和创造性的重要措施。我院结合卫生行政部门公立医院改革,制定了包括医改内容的科主任绩效考核,通过五大容量考核指标、关键性绩效指标、民主测评方法等考核科主任,为全面、客观考核临床科主任工作绩效提供了参考。Against the backdrop of the new round of heahhcare reform, improvement of the method of performance evaluation on clinical department directors has become an important issue for the hospital, as it relates to the improvement of itsinternal system, hospital management and the morale and creativity of clinical department directors. Thus, our hospital developed a performance evaluation system on clinical department directors not only reflecting the requirements put forward by the new round of healthcare reform but also includes 5 capacity indicators, key performance indicators, and democratic evaluation, providing reference for comprehensive and objective evaluation of the performance of clinical department directors.
