摘　　要：从文字学、文献学及医理角度,对森立之提出的"越婢汤"应为"越痹汤"的说法进行了进一步考证,明确了"婢"、"脾"、"痹"相通,越婢汤的本来功用是发汗宣痹兼清郁热,并指出在医籍读校中当注意文字学上的义近形旁换用现象,以避免误释文义。This paper conducted further textual research on ＂Yuebi Decoction （越痹汤）＂ instead of ＂Yuebi Decoction （越婢汤） ＂ proposed by Shen Lizhi from the perspectives of literal characters, bibliography and medical principles. Through textual research, we clarified the connections among ＇Bi （婢, literally meaning maidservant）, Pi （脾, meaning the spleen） and Bi （痹, literally meaning impediment） ＇ and the original function of ＂Yuebi Decoction＂ is to induce sweating, unblock impediment and clear stagnant heat. Additionally, the author thinks in proof-reading medical classics, interchanging radicals of characters sharing a similar meaning should always be cautious since it may cause misinterpretations of words.
