摘　　要：随着分子生物学技术的出现和不断的改进,越来越多的细菌的分类鉴定得以实现。利用拉曼光谱技术对细菌进行鉴定是微生物领域的研究热点之一。简述了拉曼光谱的基本知识及其在细菌分类鉴定方面的研究进展,旨在为其深入应用提供参考。With the emergence and advances of the molecular biology, isolation and identification for many bacteria becomes available, and it is one of the hot research fields of microbiology. In this paper, some basic knowledge of Raman Spectroscopy and its application in the classifi- cation and identification of bacteria were introduced brieflty, and finally, the application of this technique in further research was prospected.
