摘  要:【目的】调查分析某部队医院聘用制护士离职原因。【方法】采用自制护士离职原因分析问卷对133名离职护士进行问卷调查。【结果】影响护士离职的4个维度按得分高低排序为工作压力(3.13±1.36)、福利待遇(2.68±1.09)、个人发展(2.62±1.07)和个人生活(1.39±1.33),其中工作压力(3.98±0.97)、精神压力(3.92±0.90)、晋升机会(3.63±2.14)、工作风险(3.62±1.25)和收入因素(3.43±1.07)居护士离职因素的前5位。【结论】针对影响聘用制护士离职的原因,提高护士待遇,缓解工作压力,进行专业的职业规划既有利于护士的个人发展,又有助于增强医院护理队伍的稳定性。[Objective] To analyze the reasons for demission by employed nurses in a certain army hospital. [ Methods ] 133 resigned nurses were surveyed with a career planning questionnaire. [ Results ] Four dimensions for demission were working pressure (3.13 ± 1.36), welfare (2.68 ±1.09), personal development (2.62 ±1.07) and private life ( 1.39 ±1.33 ), and five leading factors were working pressure ( 3.98±0.97 ), mental pressure ( 3.92 ±0.90), promotion opportunities ( 3.63 ±2.14 ), working risks ( 3.62 ±1.25 ) and income factors (3.43 ±1.07). [Conclusion] According to the reasons for demission by employed nurses, improve the nurse treatment and alleviate the pressure of the work, professional career planning is beneficial both to the nurses' personal development and to the stability of the nursing team.
