摘　　要：本文研究了邻苯二醛荧光法测定甘蔗糖品中的氨基化合物,确定了测定的最佳条件;研究了荧光法和茚三酮法分析结果的相关性。研究结果表明,荧光法适用于甘蔗糖品氨基化合物的测定。This paper deals With the fluorometric determination of amino Compounds in Cane sugar products usimg O-phthalaldehyde as a fluorometric reagent.The optimum conditions of this method houe been determined. the correlation between the results of fluorometric method and those of the ninhydrin method is also investigated.The results of this Study indicate that the fluorometric method is suitable for the determination of amino Compounds in Cane sugar products.
