摘　　要：医院统计工作是医院管理的重要组成部分,也是卫生信息管理专业重要的学习内容。为保障卫生信息管理专业学生实习质量,提高理论与实践水平,在学生实习中,注重对统计制度、法律法规的学习,使学生有法律意识,以便在将来的工作中能够严格执行相关法规。还要重点掌握统计工作基本流程,使学生对工作程序和环节有明确的认识。在统计基础理论知识与医院统计工作实践操作相结合方面,主要是通过培训学生参与日常统计工作的实践,促进学生将学校中学到的基础理论应用到工作实践中。做好学生实习的带教工作,对于学生毕业后工作有一定的作用。Hospital statistics is the important part in hospital management, and it is also an important content in studying the major of health information management. In order to ensure the intern qualify of students of health information management and improve the level of theory and practice for students, we strengthen the learning of the statistical system, laws for students, which makes students have legal awareness and is good for their further work. We make sure that the students are familiar with basic work flow, which makes students have a clear understanding in work procedure. We also train students to participate in our daily work and focus on work rigorously, which is useful for combining the theory and hospital statistic practice. Students have a solid foundation of the health information management practices, and combine the basic theory with practice effectively. It plays an active role in their further work after graduation.
