摘 要:农村教师的素质无法适应教育与时代发展需要,结果造成农村教师人力资本价值贬损,农村教师劳动低效,大部分学生无法升学,进城务工就业困难,无法升学就业的回乡学生在农村无用武之地。农村教师之于农村的特殊价值未能彰显的原因在于城乡教师人力资本投资的非对称性,城乡教育的异质性,农村教师教育的理念与农村教师行为方式的背离,农村教师独创品格的缺失。提升农村教师人力资本价值的可能出路在于,全社会转变农村教师观念,把对农村教师的投资当作生产力投资;改革农村教师教育课程体系,促进农村教育与农村生活相结合;农村教师理念上要融合农村教师之于农村现代化的价值,发挥农村教师的独立性与创造性。The quality of rural teachers has failed to meet the demands of the times and education development. It results in deprecation of human capital and poor work efficiency and there is no outlet for the products. The reason for the deprecation lies in the investment insufficiency, the difference of urban and rural education, deviation of rural teachers in concept and behavior, and deficiency of innovation. There are three possible approaches to enhancing the value of rural teachers' human capital. First, the whole society needs to revise their opinion of rural teachers, and invest in them as productive capacity investment. Second, we should reform the curriculum of rural teacher education and combine rural education with rural life. Furthermore, rural teach- ers need to comprehend the rural area in thinking and release their independence and creativity.
