摘　　要：本文从以下几个方面讨论了互联网精神的起源和内涵:互联网发生发展的思想基础,创造互联网的人们的精神气质,以及随互联网来到人间的精神元素,即互联网无声传送着的主张和生活与思维方式。互联网不只是伟大的科技创新,还把人类引向一个崭新的时代,其核心要素是人际关系的改变,开放、共享、合作、协同,是互联网时代的精神特征。本文讨论了有关互联网时代科技伦理的若干问题。信息技术专业人员的行为准则,公众对于社会的责任感和信息文明素养的提升,在社会转变的时代,对于一些伦理问题的不同认识。例如亚伦.斯沃茨的案件,谷歌扫描图书案件。最后本文讨论了在网络空间安全问题上发展国际协同的可能性。The following aspects of the spirit of the Internet is discussed ： the idea that originated the Internet, the spirit of the Internet initiators and creators, and the spiritual elements characteristic to the Internet, which is the life style and the way of thinking that are spread by the Internet in si- lence. Internet is a great innovation in science and technology and is leading mankind to a new era, which is characterized by the changes in the interpersonal relationship with the key factors including openness, communion, cooperation and teamwork. In the paper, issues of scientific ethics in the In-ternet age are discussed, include the behavioral norms for the IT professionals, the improvement of the public＇s awareness of social responsibility and information literacy, and the diversified under- standing of some ethical issues in the era of social change. As examples： the case of Aaron Swartz, the lawsuit between Google and the Authors Guild. Finally the possibility of developing internation- al coordination on cyber security is slightly touched.
