摘　　要：培养创新型医学人才,提高医学研究生素质是我国目前医学教育的重点。从知识积累、培养学生创新意识、把创新能力的培养贯穿在临床学习全过程等几个方面对医学研究生临床创新能力培养进行探索研究,得出结论。临床研究生的培养应通过教学与科研的有机结合,提供医学研究生早期融入科研的机会,以营造良好的学术氛围,从而达到了提高培养医学研究生科研和创新能力的教育目标。Cultivating innovative medical talents and improving the quality of medical graduate education are the emphasis of medical education in our country. The artical is a practice of cultivating the ability of innovation of medical graduate students. The practice is based on cultivating innovative consciousness and the method of knowledge accum^ation, infusing the cultivation of innovation ability in clinical learning process, and so on. The cultivation of clinical graduate students should depend on the combination of teaching and scientific research, creating a good academic atmosphere by way of providing the opportunities to take part in the scientific research in the early stage of postgraduate, so as to achieve the education goals of developing the innovative ability and research ability.
