摘 要:采用解析解法计算道岔竖向刚度可清晰的反应力在结构上的传递过程。算法中钢轨及扣件系统刚度计算采用文克尔地基梁模型,铁垫板及板下胶垫刚度计算采用有限长梁初始参数法,然后串联两者,通过迭代求得道岔竖向刚度。以12号可动心轨道岔为例,对比解析解和数值解计算结果可得,两者刚度变化规律基本相同,尖轨前端在直向过岔时,里轨由于帮轨作用刚度增加约9.7%,基本轨由于铁垫板长度增加,刚度增加约1.2kN/mm;导曲线部分,由于共用垫板钢轨的距离变大,帮轨作用下降,轨道刚度减小。但由于解析解算法的不连续性,计算结果图不平滑,有平台和突变的情况。The algorithm of analytic solution can clearly reflect the transformation process of the force acted on the turnout structure. In algorithm of analytic solution, the system stiffness of rail and fastener are calculated by Beam on Nonlinear Winkler Foundation (BNWF) model, and the stiffness of iron baseplate and the baseplate pad are calculated by finite-length beam initial parameters method; then after connecting them in series, the vertical stiffness of turnout can be solved by iteration method. The No. 12 movable frog turnout was taken as example to do comparison between the two calculation results obtained respectively from analytic solution and numerical solution, and the comparison results are as follows: (a) The change laws of stiffness calculated by the two algorithms are the same basically; at the point of switch rail when the train passing through the turnout straightly, the stiffness of closure rail increases by about 9.7% due to the effect of non-bearing rail, while the stiffness of stock rail increases by about 1.2kN/mm due to the increase of the length of iron baseplate. (b) At the guiding curve, with the increase of the distance between the rails which share the same baseplate, the effect of non-bearing rail weakens and the stiffness of rail decreases. However, because of the discontinuity of analytic solution algorithm, the calculated curves are so unsmooth that there are the phenomena of platforms and mutations.
