摘　　要：目的为中药的质量控制提供技术支持和条件保障。方法介绍中药对照药材粉碎的工作经验及存在的问题,探究并优化对照药材的制备方法,阐述优化的制备方法对中药检定工作的重要意义。结果与结论优化了中药对照药材的粉碎方法,提高了中药对照药材制备质量。Objective To provide technical support and condition guarantee for quality control of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.Methods The experience and problems of reference crude drug crush were introduced, and the preparation methods of reference crude drugs were optimized,and the significance of optimized methods for the verification of TCM was demonstrated.Results and Conclusion The crush method of TCM reference crude drugs was optimized thus the quality of reference crude drugs was improved.
