“风险社会”视域下的转基因食品

摘  要:人类正逐步由工业社会进入风险社会,而科学技术是推动风险社会形成的重要因素之一。转基因技术在食品领域的广泛应用为人类提供极大便利,但也给人体健康、生态环境、社会经济带来了潜在的危险,并引发了诸多伦理问题。为此,运用贝克风险社会理论和"责任伦理"理论,对转基因食品的风险问题进行深入研究,以期使专家团体、转基因食品生产企业、政府管理机构树立和强化责任伦理意识,以应对风险社会下转基因食品可能会带来的潜在风险。The public is gradually advanced from industrial society into risk society, and technology plays a significant role in promoting the formation of it. The rapid application of transgenic technology in the food industry provides great convenience for human and generous rewards, while brings potential risks to human health, environment and social economy at the same time, and it would raise a lot of ethical problems. For this reason, this article goes deep into the risks of transgenic food on the basis of Ulrich Beck's Risk Society Theory, and also expects to deal with the potential risks transgenic foods in risk society may pose, by using "ethics of responsibility" to encourage the experts, enterprises and government agencies to build and strengthen the ethical responsibility.
