摘 要:根据共轭凸轮从动件的运动规律和几何参数,在专业三维软件SolidWorks中建立其三维模型;按照实际工况,利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS研究了凸轮不同输出和输入动力学特性规律。仿真结果表明:改进正弦运动规律的共轭凸轮只适合中低速运动场合,并给出了适合的转速范围;将仿真结果与理论规律进行对比,验证了仿真的准确性。分析结果对于提高共轭凸轮的使用性能,改进其动力学特性提供了理论支持,更好地为生产实践提供指导。According to kinematical regulation and geometry parameter of conjugate cam follower, the 3D model of the cam was designed by SolidWorks; and the regulation of different input and output dynamical properties of the cam was studied through ADAMS. The simulation result shows that with improved sinusoidal motion, the conjugate cam is only suitable for medium and low speed motion case, and proper speed range is also indicated; compared with theory law, the accuracy of simulation is verified. The analysis results strongly provide a theoretical support to improve the usability performance and dynamical properties of the cam, as well as a guidance to production practice.
