摘　　要：我国法律文件汉译英存在着各种问题。这些问题的出现,与译者的态度及法律知识有关,但主要是译者翻译法规时未能遵循法律翻译相关原则所致。因此,要解决上述问题,必须采取有效的应对策略。Problems exist in the translation of laws and regulations from Chinese into English. These problems are attributable mainly to the failure on the part of translators to observe the principles governing such translation, as well as to their lack of a rigorous workstyle and a high degree of proficiency in law and in English. To solve the problems, it is imperative to devise and implement appropriate countermeasures.
