摘  要:为了研究斜齿轮系统分岔与混沌特性及其参数影响,分析设计参数对斜齿轮系统稳定性的影响机理,综合考虑齿轮时变啮合刚度、齿侧间隙等多种非线性因素影响及三维空间中的振动响应,建立斜齿轮传动系统弯-扭-轴耦合多自由度动力学分析模型并进行无量纲化处理.研究斜齿轮传动系统的分岔与混沌现象以及系统出现分岔与混沌时的参数特点,用定性和定量的方法对分岔与混沌现象进行识别,分析参数变化对混沌运动的影响,并研究激励频率、啮合阻尼和齿侧间隙引起系统分岔与混沌的机理和途径.研究结果对斜齿轮传动系统的动力学设计提供理论依据.For the purpose of researching the bifurcation and chaotic characteristics of the helical gear and its pa- rameter influences, the influence of design parameters on the stability of the helical gear system was analyzed. After the influences of such nonlinear factors as gear time-varying mesh stiffness and gear backlash and the vibration re- sponses of helical gear in three-dimensional space were comprehensively taken into account, a bending-torsion-shaft coupling multi-degree-of-freedom dynamic analysis model on the drive system of helical gear was established, and the dimensionless treatment was applied. The phenomenon and the parameter characteristics of bifurcation and chaos on the helical gear system were studied. The bifurcation and chaos were identified by use of qualitative and quanti- tative research methods. Meanwhile, the influences of parameters on the chaotic motion were analyzed. The mecha- nisms and paths for the exciting frequency, meshing damping and gear backlash to cause bifurcation and chaos were analyzed. The results in this paper may provide theoretical basis for the dynamic optimization design of helical gear drive system.
