摘　　要：在多元化的时代,运用人格的这一视角既肯定榜样雷锋具有的超越性、先进性和利他性的德性人格特征,又尝试挖掘雷锋所内含的层次性、大众性与创造性的审美人格特征,进而得出榜样教育只有以人格教育为中心,使同学们切身感受更加真实、更加可亲的榜样,才能彰显德育的价值。In this pluralisfn erda, it＇s of great realistic sighificance to view comrade Lei Feng- an outstanding role model from a new perspectfve. We adopted the l^erspective of personality to affirm the transcendence, advancement and altruism of the moralpersonality characteristics, and meanwhile try to reveal the implicit hierarchy, popularity and creativity of the aesthetic personality characteristics of Lei Feng. Then, we come to the conclusion that the role model of Lei Feng is outstanding vet not beyond attainable.
