摘　　要：防灾科技学院每年都有大量毕业生办理人事代理。人事代理涉及报名登记、缴费、收集材料和材料交接等工作,内容繁杂且特殊情况频发。鉴于此,从接受毕业生办理登记直至材料交接至各人事代理机构提出七点建议,以便于人事代理工作更加高效地开展。Many college graduates need personnel archive consignment every year. The process of personnel archive consignment, including applying, registering, collecting and transferring the materials, etc., is complicated. Therefore, the writers put forward seven suggestions to the personnel archive consignment agencies, so that the process can be more efficient.
