摘  要:通过分析我国高等医学院校教学现状,提出了加强医学生人文素质教育的策略。结果发现在英语实践教学内容、师资队伍和考核评估等多种途径加强人文素质教育,着重培养学生团结合作的意识和能力,可提高医学生的外语学习效果,提高医学人才的综合素质。同时在外语教学的各个环节中渗透人文素质教育,可有效把人文精神与外语学习结合起来,实现培养高素质医学人才的培养目标。Through the analysis of the teaching situation,proposed to strengthen medical students' humanities education policies.Results found in English practice teaching content,teaching staff and a variety of ways to strengthen the examination and evaluation of humanistic quality education,with emphasis on cultivating students' awareness and ability of unity and cooperation can improve medical students' foreign language learning,improve the overall quality of training of medical personnel.Meanwhile in foreign language teaching permeate every aspect of humanistic quality education,the human spirit can be effectively combined with foreign language learning,to achieve high quality medical talent training objectives.
