摘  要:目的探讨"以器官系统为中心(OSC)"的基础医学课程整合教学的效果与改革方法。方法选取某医药院校2012级临床医学专业本科生283人,随机分为实验班138人、对照班145人。实验班基础医学课程实施OSC的整合教学,对照班按照"以学科为中心"的课程模式教学。分析、比较两个班学生课程考试成绩、学习策略以及自主学习能力的变化。结果①形成性考核、终结性考试和课程模块总成绩(分,百分制):实验班分别为(89.38±8.57)分、(90.43±9.12)分和(89.91±8.85)分,与对照班(78.27±7.77)分、(79.46±8.09)分和(79.23±7.99)分一一比较明显提高(P<0.05)。②学习策略(%):实验班参加实验室开放、查阅文献资料、咨询问题人次百分比分别显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。③自主学习能力(分):实验班[(240.02±26.73)分]明显高于对照班[(208.47±25.42)分](P<0.05)。结论 OSC的基础医学课程整合教学可以改善和提高学生的课程成绩、学习策略和自主学习能力,但课程整合必须与教学方法创新、考核办法完善有机结合、同步进行和综合改革,才能收到较好的效果。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and innovation method of integrated teaching of"or- gan system-centered" basic medical curriculum. Methods A total of 283 clinical medicine undergraduates of grade 2012 were enrolled from a medical college and randomly divided into experimental class of 138 students and control class of 145 students. The "organ system-centered" integrated teaching of basic medical curriculum was performed in the experimental class. The "subject-centered" teaching model was used in control class. Test scores, learning strate- gies and changes of learning ability of the students in the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Com- pared with those (78.27~7.77), (79.46~8.09), and (79.23+7.99) respectively, in control class, the total scores (hun- dred-mark system) of formative test, summative test and course modules (89.38-~8.57), (90.43~9.12), and (89.91q-8.85) respectively, were significantly improved in experimental class (P〈O.05). The percentage of person-times participating in laboratory activities, literature review, and question raising in experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class (P〈0.01). Ability of autonomic learning (240.02~26.73) in experimental class was significant- ly higher than that (208.47~ 25.42) in control class (P〈0.05). Conclusion The"organ system-centered" integrated teaching of basic medical curriculum can improve the student's grades, learning strategies and self-learning ability. However, To obtain better results, the curriculum integration must be organically combined and performed synchro- nously with the innovation of teaching methods, improvement of the assessment methods and comprehensive reforms.
