摘  要:殷周之际的政治、文化与思想存在着剧烈的变化,这是历史不断发展进化的结果。就思想而言,西周所宣扬的德不仅是当时的主流思想,而且也是一种价值本体。天与德的合一,既是周人对自身行为方式的价值判断,也是对统治秩序的理性诉求。当然,这种精神需要一定的形式渗透到政治生活和日常生活之中。因而德教作为精神的实现形式,就成为统治者亟须解决的问题。西周德教尤为简捷的形式便是话语和言辞,其次是祭祀、礼乐、刑罚等规范形式,而其落脚点在于敬德保民,以便维护自身的统治。这表明,周人思想中已有人的发现与觉醒,对先秦儒家思想乃至中国古代思想产生了重大影响。There were great changes in the politics, culture and mind in the connecting period between Yin and Zhou dynasties, which was the result of successive historical development and evolvement. As for the mind, the morality advocated by West Zhou Dynasty was not only the mainstream ideology at that time, but also a kind of val- ue ontology. The combination of the heaven and the morality is the value judgment by which people of Zhou Dynas- ty evaluate their own behaviors and the rational leading for the governing order. It is certain that such kind of spirit- ual entity needs some form to permeate into the political and daily lives. Thus, moral education became the inevita- ble problem facing the rulers. The stereotypical and simple method of moral education in West Zhou Dynasty is words and sayings, followed with religious worshiping, politeness, punishment and so on, the final aim of which is to give respect to morality and protection to people in order to maintain their own ruling. It is demonstrated by moral education and its achieving methods that people in Zhou Dynasty have already owned the discovery and awakening of man. It leaves an enormous impact on the thought of Confucius ideas and even on the ideas in ancient China.
