医学生亲密社会网络特征影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解大学生个人亲密社会网络特征,为开展大学生性教育提供参考。方法对分层整群抽取的四川省3所医科院校2 757名医学生进行问卷调查,使用Logistic回归分析亲密社会网络的影响因素。结果调查对象的3位网络成员均以女性(66.3%,56.2%,52.8%)和高中同学(31.7%,34.1%,31.6%)为主。医学生亲密社会网络的影响因素包括调查对象的性别、家庭居住地、年级、月生活费、专业,网络成员的性别、年龄、关系类型,以及与网络成员认识时间、见面频率(P值均<0.05)。结论多数医学生具有亲密社会网络。可利用医学生社会网络特征,开展行之有效的性教育。Objective To explore features of intimate social networks among medical college students, so as to provide ref- erences for sex education. Methods Questionnaires were used among 2 757 students regarding intimate social networks. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of intimate social network. Results More than half of students repor- ted 3 female friends in the intimate social networks, most were senior high school classmates. Intimate social networks were influ- enced by gender, family location, grade, and monthly expense, major. Also it was related with gender, age, relation type, contact time and communication frequency of social network members. Conclusion Deep understanding the features of medical college students＇ social networks would facilitate sex education among them.
