摘　　要：为了将统计学习理论加以推广,使之能更多地应用到非概率空间上,利用机会空间上机会测度的单调性,次可加性等性质,证明了在机会空间上也存在学习理论的关键定理,为系统地研究机会空间上的统计学习理论与构建支持向量机奠定理论基础.In order to promote statistical learning theory and enable more applications to the non -probability space , this paper uses monotonicity , sub-additivity and some other properties of chance measure to prove the key theorem of learning theory on the chance space .The study will help lay the theoretical foundation for the systematic study of the statistical learning theory and support vector machine on the chance space .
