摘　　要：实习实训是高等职业教育人才培养重要实践教学环节,而实践教学须依托实习实训基地来开展。高职院校应不断创新体制和机制,与企业开展深度合作,通过建立基地遴选机制、共同管理机制、运行保障机制和效益评价机制等保障实习实训基地良好持续运行,提高人才培养质量。In talents cuhivating of higher vocational colleges, training and practice is an important component in practical teaching, which is also based on training and practice bases. Only through constant innovation system and mechanism, through the deep cooperation with the government and enterprises, through setting up a series of mechanism such as base selection mechanism, common management mechanism, safeguard mechanism and benefit evaluation mechanism to ensure the continuous running in order to improve the talent cultivating quality.
