五年制大专学前教育专业学生培养刍议

摘　　要：学前教育受到地域差异、教育传统、就业需求等因素的影响,培养模式呈现传统化、特色化、前沿化、综合化等趋向。结合五年制大专学前教育专业学生培养要求,从生源现状、课程设置、管理文化、招生和就业四个方面进行分析,探寻学生培养的方向和路径。Preschool education is restricted by regional differences,education traditions and employment demands.And its training pattern tends to be traditionalized,specialized,evolutionary and comprehensive.Combined with the training goals of five-year majors of preschool education in vocational colleges,the paper explores the direction and approaches for talent training from the aspects of student background, course design,administration culture,as well as enrollment and employment.
