摘  要:教学文化是师生共同建构的教学生活方式,是师生交往对话、协商赋义的结果,它随时代的变迁而不断地变革,因此探究教学文化变革的趋势意义重大。调研结果显示,当前教学文化正在从一元性文化转向多元性文化,这种多元化趋向主要表现在教学目标的多元化、教法与学法的灵活多样、运用多学科知识与方法解决问题、采用多元化方法和思路进行教与学、教师教学观念与教学行为的变化等五个方面。Instruction culture is the teaching life way that the teachers and students build up, and is the results of communication, dia- logue and negotiation meaning between teachers and students, it varies with the times change ceaselessly, therefore, researching the in- struction culture change trend has great significance. The results of the investigation show that instruction culture is changing from single culture into the multivariate culture, the diversified trend shows in the five aspects : diversified teaching goal, flexible and diverse teach- ing method and learning method, the use of multi-disciplinary knowledge and methods to solve the problem, adopting a plurality of methods and ideas of teaching and learning, and changes of teachers' teaching beliefs and teaching behaviors.
