摘 要:目的:探讨CBL教学模式在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实习教学中的应用,进一步提升耳鼻咽喉实习教学效果。方法:将在我科实习的两个年级的学生随机分成CBL教学组(实验组)和传统模式教学组(对照组),比较两组之间的理论知识成绩和案例分析成绩,并分析教学总体效果。结果:CBL教学组学生对CBL教学模式的总体满意度和对教师满意度较高,在案例分析和理论知识的成绩上均高于传统模式教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBL模式能调动学生的积极性,帮助学生尽快适应临床工作环境,使得学生更易掌握实习教学内容,教学效果良好。Objective:To assess the effects of applying case-based learn-ing( CBL) to students in clinical practice of otolaryngology head and neck surgery for improving the teaching outcomes .Methods: Student interns in two grades in our department were allocated to two groups and subjected to CBL model(experimental group)or conventional teaching method(con-trol group) .The general feedbacks were assessed and compared regarding the command of basic discipline and performance of case examination . Results: Students subjected to CBL model had a higher satisfaction with teaching approaches and the teachers themselves and achieved better in both theoretical knowledge and clinical skills in general as compared with controls( P 〈0.05 ), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: CBL appears to facilitate the interest of learners and enable them to early adapt to the coming clinical assignment by better command of the discipline.
