摘 要:设计了一种用于SPATR冲压燃烧室掺混燃烧的波瓣掺混装置。用数值模拟方法对无波瓣掺混装置和三种结构的波瓣掺混装置作用下的冲压燃烧室内流动和掺混燃烧情况进行了仿真。结果表明:在波瓣掺混装置作用下,冲压燃烧室表现出了很好的头部和整体冷流掺混效果,并使冲压燃烧室的掺混燃烧性能得到大幅提升;冲压燃烧室的冷流掺混和掺混燃烧性能随波瓣掺混装置穿透率的增大呈先增强后减弱的趋势;当穿透率为0.6时,冲压燃烧室的掺混效率达到0.910,温升达到1 127 K,表现出了较好的冷流掺混和掺混燃烧效果。A lobed mixer which can be used in SPATR' s ramjet combustion chamber for turbulent mixing and combustion is designed. The cold-flow mixing and turbulent mixing and combustion flow field in ramjet combustion chamber without and with three configurations of this lobed mixer are simulated. The results show that with lobed mixer the ramjet combustion chamber has nicer cold-flow mixing performance and the turbulent mixing and combustion performance is greatly improved. With the augment of penetra- tion ratio ( h/ho ), the performance of cold-flow mixing and turbulent mixing and combustion is enhanced at first and then turned down. When h/hois 0.6, the mixing efficiency in ramjet combustion chamber is 0. 910, and the temperature is raised by 1 127 K, which shows a better cold-flow mixing and turbulent mixing and combustion performance.
