摘  要:目的比较不同提取方法对玉竹挥发性成分的影响。方法采用索氏提取法、水蒸气蒸馏法和挥发油提取器法提取玉竹挥发性成分,使用GC-MS联用仪进行测定,峰面积归一化法测定各成分相对含量。结果从挥发油提取器法提取物中鉴定了11种组分,从水蒸气蒸馏法提取物中鉴定了8种组分。结论不同提取方法得到的挥发性成分主成分变化较大,为玉竹的开发提供了科学依据。Objective To compare the effect of different extraction methods on the volatile chemical constitu- ents of Polygonatum odoratum( Mill. ) Druce. Methods The volatile chemical constituents were obtained by steam distillation technology, naphtha extraction device and Soxhlet extraction device method respectively, which were subjected to GC-MS analysis. Area normalization method was used to determine the relative con- tent of each constituent. Results 8 components were identified in steam distillation extraction l 11 components were found in naphtha extraction. Conclusions There exsist remarkable differences of volatile components checked in the Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.)Druce among the different extractions. It is helpful to provide reference data for Polygonatum odoratum( Mill. ) Druce's comprehensive utilization.
