摘　　要：基于Android移动平台开发,利用Google语音识别云技术,实现了声控手机应用的功能。旨在改变传统的人机交互方式,使人们能够采用更为直接便利的方式与手机对话,改善用户的使用感受。通过真机测试,完全实现了用语音控制打电话、发短信、浏览网页、听音乐、打开手机常用软件和语音备忘等功能,性能稳定可靠,实用性强。Based on Android mobile development platform, the technology of Google voice-recognition is used, the function of voice control applications of the cell phone is realized, which offers much better user experiences. Six functions including u- sing voice to control phone calls, text messaging, web browsing, listening music, opening the mobile phone software and oth- er functions are realized. Through the real machine test, the application has stable performance and strong practicability.
