摘　　要：工程训练中心是开展实践育人工作的重要载体,高校应该根据自身实际建设好工程训练中心。阐述了工程训练中心实践育人的功能,分析了高校工程训练中心建设的现状,从建设目标、管理体制、资源配置、训练效果、师资队伍和安全体系等方面进行了探讨,对高校工程训练中心建设具有一定的借鉴意义。The engineering training center is an important carrier of the practice education, and combining the facts in colleges, we should pay attention to the construction of engineering training center. This paper described the functions of practice education of engineering training center, and analyzed the current status of the construction of engineering training center in colleges and universities. Some measures and suggestions about construction aim, management system, resource allocation, training effect ,teacher team , security system were discussed. It may help the construction of engineering training center in colleges and universities.
