摘  要:舰船横向补给是海上物资、装备补给最重要的手段之一,舰船补给间距的确定是横向补给顺利开展的必备要素。由于补给海域的海洋环境因素复杂,在海况较高情况下通常无法单纯依靠补给指挥员的经验及补给规范得到兼顾补给效率与安全的间距值。本文通过对高海况下海上航行补给环境影响因素的深入分析,基于舰船操纵性理论、高架索力学模型,采用多属性决策方法,建立舰船海上航行补给间距计算选取决策模型。针对该模型,利用多属性决策安全分析法,得到舰船海上航行补给间距决策方法。并对5级海况下舰船补给间距进行计算,通过与相关文献研究结果以及舰船补给规范进行对比,证明计算结果的准确性,验证该决策方法的可行性与工程应用价值。Alongside replenishment is one of the most important means to support equipments and supplies under high oceanic situation. However, the navy gives the distance of alongside replenishment only through the experience and the regulations. Because of the complexity of marine environment factors under high oceanic situation, it couldn't give consideration to both security and efficiency. In this paper, the influence factors of the alongside replenishment has deeply analyzed. Based on the highline dynamic model and ship maneuverability, a calculating model of distance of alongside replenishment has been established by the method of multiple attribute decision making. And the replenishment distance under five oceanic situlation has been calculated. The consequence has been proved by the tank test and the replenishment regulations, then the accuracy of the calculate result is satisfied. So the method is feasible and has the value to use in the engineering.
