摘  要:根据虚拟实验室建设和实际应用需要,实验平台对目标视觉测量、目标定位与识别、目标跟踪等功能进行开发实现。实验平台基于VC++开发机器视觉图像处理软件,并集成OPC功能,最后基于目标和功能设计控制工艺流程和开发控制程序;在运动控制方面针对传统PLC控制的封闭式结构的缺点,采用Ideabox工业级控制器实现多轴运动规划,改善了系统在运动控制中的实用扩展性以及兼容性。通过实验和调试验证,基于机器视觉的多轴运动控制实验平台,在虚拟实验室建设与教学和工业实际应用方面都具有实际意义。According to the construction of virtual laboratory and the needs of industrial application, the experiment platform aims at the function of visual measurement, defect detection, target location and recognition, target tracking etc. The experimental platform utilizes the Ideabox industrial -strength con- troller to realize multi - axis motion planning, which reforms the faults of enclosed structure of traditional PLC and poor compatibility with other equipment and the low application in motion control etc. It devel- oped machine vision processing software based on VC + + and integrated OPC function and developed control processes and control programs based on the goals and functions. The verification through the practical application indicates that, the experiment platform of multi - axis motion control which based on machine vision has practical significance in the construction of virtual laboratory and industrial application.
