摘　　要：师资队伍国际化是高等教育国际化的核心要素之一,也是建设世界一流大学的根本保证。通过对我国农林高校师资队伍国际化的现状和制约因素的简要分析,认为近年来我国农林高校师资队伍国际化水平有所提高,但与世界高水平大学相比仍有一定的差距;国家留学政策导向和管理机制的健全程度是影响我国农林高校师资队伍国际化的主要因素;保持国家公派留学渠道畅通是加速师资队伍国际化的最有效途径,地方政府资助渠道和校际间的合作交流渠道可以作为国家公派留学的补充渠道。The internationalization of faculty team is a critical component for the internationalization of higher educational institutions, and is essential for developing world-class universities. This paper analyzes the current situation and certain factors which restrict the internationalization of faculty team in agricultural and forestry universities in China, and suggests： firstly, the internationalization of faculty teams in Chinese leading universities is dissatisfactory; secondly, primary factors to influence the internationalization of faculty team include government policies for studying abroad, financial support, and management mechanism; thirdly, effective ways for promoting the internationalization of faculty team include national and local governments supported oversea study programs and inter-institutional cooperation. Four suggestions are provided to improve the management mechanism for the internationalization of faculty team in agricultural and forestry universities.
