摘　　要：中高职衔接是指按照建设现代职业教育体系的要求,推动中等和高等职业教育协调发展,系统培养适应经济社会发展需要的技能型人才,特别是高端技能型人才。文章以四川职业技术学院中高职"衔接"数控技术班为例,进行积极探索与改革,创新人才培养模式,构建出切实可行的课程体系,经过实践取得了较好的培养效果。The connection of secondary and higher vocation cultivates skilled talents which fits with need of social development to promotes secondary and higher vocational education according to modern vocational education.This paper researches talents cultivation mode and feasible course systems are built which gets good effects taking an example of CNC technology class of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College.
