摘  要:目的了解高职院校学生焦虑的现况及其影响因素,为青少年焦虑的干预提供科学依据。方法采用方便整群抽样方法对淮南职业技术学院和安徽中医药高等专科学院大一、大二学生共3 809名;使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评定研究对象的焦虑状况。结果高职院校学生焦虑的总检查率为17.3%,其中男、女生焦虑的检出率分别为19.7%、16.1%。不同性别、不同年级、不同性格、不同脾气高职生焦虑检出率的差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05);是否独生子女、不同家庭所在地高职生焦虑检出率的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高职院校学生焦虑检出率较高,其在性别、年级、性格、脾气上存在不同程度的差异,学校和家庭教育中要加强对高职生心理健康教育、心理疏导以减少焦虑的发生。Objective To investigate the current situation of anxiety of vocational college students and locate its influence factors, so as to provide theory support for anxiety intervention of vocational college students. Methods The survey was conducted by convenient cluster sampling on 3 809 vocational college students from Huainan Vocational College and Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) was used to evaluate the status of anxiety. Results Totally 17.3% of vocational college students were confirmed in status of anxiety, the boys and girls detection rate of anxiety was 19.7% , 16. 1%, respectively, the anxiety detection rate difference had statistical significance between different gender, different grade, different personality, different temper ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , no difference was found in vocational college students between the only-child , different family locus (P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion The detection rate of anxiety of vocational college students is a little high. There are diffreences between gender, grade, character, temper. In order to reduce the occurrence of anxiety, mental health education and psychological counseling should be strengthened for vocational college students .
