摘　　要：目的:引进复杂哀伤问卷修订版(ICG-R),评估其信效度及对延长哀伤障碍(prolonged grief disorder,PGD)的筛查价值。方法:采用经双盲翻译的ICG-R中文版对253名丧亲者进行测试,运用探索性因素分析考察量表的因素结构;用延长哀伤问卷(PG-13)检验量表的聚合效度;用创伤后应激障碍症状清单(PCL-C)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)检验区分效度。应用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评价ICG-R对PGD的筛查价值并确定临床分界点。结果:探索性因素分析表明ICG-R中文版支持一因子结构;ICG-R总分与PG-13、PCL-C、SDS和SAS总分均呈正相关(r=0.88、0.74、0.54、0.59,均P<0.05);ICG-R全量表的Cronbachα系数为0.98,重测信度(间隔4周)是0.83。ICG-R全量表的ROC曲线下面积为99.6%(P<0.01);最佳临床分界点为102分,此时敏感度是1,特异性是0.98,约登指数为0.98;ICG-R与PG-13的诊断一致性高(kappa值为0.85)。结论:中文版的ICG-R具有良好的信效度,可用于评估丧亲人群失功能哀伤症状的严重程度,并具有一定的临床筛查价值。[Abstract] Objective： To introduce the Inventory of Complicated Grief-Revised （ICG-R）, and evaluate its re- liability and validity among Chinese bereaved adults and screening value for prolonged grief disorder （PGD）. Meth- otis： Totally 253 bereaved persons were asked to complete a battery of structured questionnaires, including the Chi- nese version of ICG-R, Prolonged Grief Questionnaires （PG-13）, PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version （PCL-C）, Self- Rating Depression Scale （SDS） and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）. Receiver Operating Characteristic （ROC） a- nalysis was used to evaluate its screening value and determine the best cut-off score. Results： Exploratory factor a- nalysis of the Chinese version of ICG-R fit the one-factor model. For the total score of ICG-R, the correlation coef- ficients were 0. 88 for PGD-symptoms, 0. 74 for PTSD symptoms, 0. 54 for depression, and 0. 59 for anxiety respec- tively （Ps ~ O. 05）. The internal consistencies of the ICG-R was 0. 98, and the test-retest reliability （4 weeks inter- hal） was 0. 83. The area below of ROC curve of ICG-R was 99. 6%. The score of optimal cut-off point of ICG-R was 102; the sensitivity, specificity and the Youden＇s index were 1,0. 98 and 0. 98, respectively. The consistency be- tween ICG-R and PG-13 results was high （with kappa = 0. 85）. Conclusion： It suggests that Chinese Version of ICG-R has good reliability and validity to assess the severity of dysfunctional grief symptoms and clinical diagnostic value.
