摘　　要：L-阿拉伯糖具有健康糖的美誉，价值很高，在结晶木糖工艺中积聚在母液中，被当作副产品处理。采用色谱分离技术对木糖母液中L-阿拉伯糖进行提纯，通过结晶方式获得高纯产品，同时木糖也得到富集。该工艺可行性很好，经济效益颇高。经过中试试验和工业化运行表明，可一次性把L-阿拉伯糖高纯度产品从25％左右提高到80％以上，收率达到85％。L-arabinose has a healthcare reputation and a high value, but it accumulate in the mother liquor during crystalline xylose production and be handled as a by-product. L-arabinose in the mother liquor is purified and obtained using chromatographic separation technology and crystallization, meanwhile xylose has also been enriched. The feasibility of the process is very good, has high economic efficiency. A pilot test and industrial operation show that the process can one-time increase the purification of L-arabinose from about 25% to more than 80%, reaching the yield of 85%..
