校企文化互动对高职生职业素质提升的影响

摘　　要：校企文化互动对学生职业素质提升有重要价值,有助于培养学生的职业理想、职业意识、职业道德,有助于提升学生的就业竞争力。校企文化互动的主要路径是把企业文化融入到学校文化的不同层面,渗透到学生的日常学习生活中。College-enterprise cultural interaction is much valuable to the improvement of students＇ vocational quali- ties, since it may help cultivate their career aspirations, occupational awareness, and their professional ethics, and improve their employment competitiveness. The chief approach of interaction is to integrate corporate culture into campus culture at all levels and to infiltrate it into students＇ daily life.
