摘　　要：班级是学校教育、教学活动的基本组织，也是学生接受教育影响，实现个体社会化的重要环境。而新生班级建设更是直接关系到学生个体能否积极成长，培养其团队意识，人际交往能力的重要因素。本文从研究者从事的实际工作出发，从三个方面简要阐述民族高校新生班级建设的主要着力点。Class is the basic organization of school education, teaching activities, but also the important environment to af- fect the education of students, to realize individual socialization. The freshman class is directly related to the construction of individual students actively grow, to develop their sense of team, an important factor in interpersonal skills. In this paper, the researchers engaged in practical work starting from three aspects briefly describes the main focus of the construction of the national college freshman class.
