高职生核心自我评价量表的编制

摘　　要：通过开放式访谈,结合文献查阅和量表法,以及参考专家学者的意见和建议,分析高职生的核心自我评价特征,编制预测量表,经过初测和相应统计分析,形成正式问卷。问卷共18个题项,结构模型与数据拟合较好,显示了良好的信度和效度。With open interviews, combined with literature review and questionnaire method, analysis and reference to expert opinions and suggestions on the core of vocational college students self evaluation characteristics, developing scale, after the initial test and statistic analysis, the formal questionnaire was formed. The questionnaire consists of 18 items, structure model and the data fitted well, showed good reliability and validity.
