摘　　要：现阶段我国全科医学制度发展的瓶颈是合格的全科医师匮乏,全科医师的转岗培训至关重要,在实践中进行全方位的继续培训才能使部分专科医师成长为优秀的全科医师,带动全科医学的发展。安贞医院在全科医师的岗位培训中重视整体化诊疗思维的培养及临床技能的拓宽,并提高人文素养和科学素养,以更好地为患者服务。Currently, the biggest obstacle to the development of general practice （GP） in China is lack of qualified general practitioners. The various post training is very important to make some physicians excellent GPs. In the continuing GP training at Anzhen Hospital, general chnical thinking ability is taken as the core and fundamental goal of the training. At the same time, the training also makes efforts to improve the clinical skills, humanistic quality and scientific literacy of the general practitioners, so as to provide better health service for the patients.
